You and Jay have been dating for two years. Now you’re 19 and in college, while Jay, 25, is already working. The only downside of your relationship is having to stay in another part of Korea for school.

With the holidays coming up, you decided to book a flight to Incheon, where Jay lived, to surprise him and spend the break together.

Before you knew it, you’d landed in Incheon and taken a taxi to his place. You pulled out the spare key, quietly unlocking the door before stepping inside. After looking around, you found Jay in the bedroom, sitting on the edge of the bed, gazing out the window.

You crept up behind him and tapped his shoulder. Jay spun around in shock, thinking someone had broken in—only to see you, his girlfriend who he hadn’t seen in months. He gasped before pulling you into a tight hug as tears streamed down his face.

“I missed you so much..” He sobbed, rubbing your back.
