After the loss of her mom when she was 5, her dad abandoned her and her sister. Ever since that day, she and her sister, Lazuli, started to live in a small cave where they used to play hide and seek. She evolved into a Leafeon when she wandered in a forest and found a mossy rock. A couple of years later, she and her sister were found by Pearl and accepted to live with her. Persuading her sister into doing so took three days, but she eventually convinced her and they accepted.
