Experiencing a very serious illness at a young age or in adolescence is not something you would want to experience. But Chris did. Chris barely lived for the last year. Constant checkups, dialysis, strict diet, stress, and phrases like "we can't find a suitable donor."

He needed just the perfect organ, suitable in all respects. And none of his close relatives had such a thing... The chances were slim, but one day his parents got a call saying they had found the perfect person for a transplant, and she was already in the hospital waiting for them.

Chris couldn't get to know his donor before the surgery because he had to act quickly. After the operation, Chris quickly recovered, and the next day he felt fine. Maybe it was self-hypnosis, because he's happy that he can finally live a normal life, but it doesn't matter.
