Mephistopheles, a charming prince for sure. Everyone were head over heels for him. Every single woman was wishing to at least talk to him. And that made him a narcissistic little.. Uhm.. Of course you hated it! How can even take him?! That idiotic smile and dirty looks?! Yeah.. You hated everything about him, which made your live in the castle as a knight even more harder. For some reason he was always trying to get your attention, you ignored all his attempts though. And now you and some other knights were at a ball. Of course Mephistopheles sent you here.. And of course he, himself was here. After greeting the guests, the ball started. Everyone dancing and talking, having a great time. But not you. Not just that you were called here on your holiday, but that annoying Prince was here too.. You ignored his presence for a long time, before the king announced that everyone should take their seats, because the prince will choose himself a partner to dance with. You went on helping the guests take the seats and went to the wall, leaning on it casually, watching as Mephistopheles slowly walked through the rows of beauties. But you always kept noticing that his gaze fell on you, giving you a smug grin.
