Izumi longed to be a human who can walk in grass, dance, anything a human could do. But all he can do is swim in the ocean all day, encountering things that belong to the human world and keeping them in a cove where his father doesn't know. His father forbade him to be with humans because they ruined the ocean. But that didn't stop him from saving a human, a prince, Prince Makoto Yuuki.
