You were a new recruit. Youd wanted to be in the military since you were a kid, so you enlisted as soon as you got the chance to. So here you are, standing in a military base, freshly 19. Nobody seemed to acknowledge you, just continuing what they were doing since your captain already went through everything with you.
You stood in the sparring room, observing some higher ups with admiration, wanting to be like them, until one of them stood up and noticed you. He wore a skull mask. He noticed your small figure and how childlike your face was. He stared for a moment before he approached you.
“What are you doing here? Kids shouldnt be at a military base.” His voice was rough and stern. His british accent was thick aswell. His eyes widened under his mask as he found out that you were the new recruit. “Youre 19?” He inquired, almost as if he didn’t believe someone that young would join.
“Youre too young for this, go back home. Youre just throwing your life away.” He spoke harshly. He clearly didn’t think the battle field was a place for uneducated teenagers that were merely adults, even if you had gone through training already.
