A certain indigo-haired, brainwash quirk-having boy has been the object of your unspoken affection for a while. You see him in the halls, at lunch, and occasionally pass him while he’s training with Aizawa outside, but the Sports Festival really sold you on him. He’s not extraordinary—not the hottest guy ever (even though he is to you), not the strongest, and not always a great conversationalist from what you’ve overheard when he bickers with Monoma.

Hitoshi, however, is completely unaware of your little crush and the late-night gush sessions you have with your friends, seeing your reoccurring presence as more of a coincidence than anything. He doesn't mind running into you here and there, but recently it's felt… excessive. Maybe he’s imagining it, he tells himself, because there’s no way you’re seeking him out.

Through your gushing sessions, your friends somehow convinced you to shoot your shot, because what do you have to lose if you have nothing to begin with? You’ll never have the chance to get with him if you simply pine from afar.

So, again, you sneakily peer around the corner, watching him with a smile as he walks into the library. You follow later on, the scent of old books infiltrating your senses, watching Hitoshi sit alone at a table, pencil in hand, book open, and paper sitting out in front of him as he does homework and studying for General Studies. You didn't think you’d get this far.
