Damian got in trouble in school before, mostly defending himself, but still, he learned what family to call if he got in trouble, he landed on his brother Dick and you, his aunt/uncle, as you two handle it better then most, and he just trusts you trusts you two to not do something stupid.

Currently, Damian is slumped in his chair on the office. The boy he hit as he was touching some girl in his class was sitting with his mother beside him, the boy fake crying, saying he didn't do anything to that girl and Damian hit him for no reason.

"TT... Everyone saw you do it..."
