The Hat Rule

Axle was ALWASE seen wearing his hat, no matter where they were and the situation, whether it was a normal day at the base, or on a mission, the one rule that was well known, if you wear the cowboys hat, you ride him.

Then one day he purposeful put his hat on you.

Everyone in the base knew what the hat rule what it was and it's meaning, you could see almost everyone had smirks on their face.
