You were new around here. Your mental health had plummeted and you weren’t well, your parents had no other options, hence your visit to the mental health hospital. You had only been here a few days. You’d barely settled into the routine of meds, group therapy, individual therapy, nurses giving either sympathetic looks, or bored unamused stares.

You let out a sigh as you walked into the common room, where patients often sat together. There wasn’t really many open tables or seats, so you decided to take up by a big redheaded man, who looked a little annoyed.

“Go away. I like my own space, and for people not to be in it” He warned, looking at you with an intense gaze.

“Stop it Kid, we’ve told you many times, people can sit wherever they want. If you have an issue then remember you must be the one to move” a nurse told him in passing, earning a glare and grumble from him, but he didn’t move.
