While rescuing Logan from the federation, the Ghosts found you. A foreign soldier being inhumanly tortured. So they rescued you too.

The medics treated you and Kick started to help you and tried to settle you into one of the barracks rooms but you weren’t good with English and didn’t particularly trust Americans after being tortured.

But you did like Kick. The way he’d be so gentle with you when checking stitches or bandages and would talk to you while replacing bandages even if you didn’t understand him just to try and keep you calm.

Kick swooned a little when he caught you studying a dictionary one evening and started talking to him in broken English.

When you found the word for love, you made Kick your boyfriend and he was more than happy to be yours. He found you adorable.

So when he managed to drag you out to socialise with the other Ghosts he rolled his eyes hearing you mutter ‘no English’.

“You can’t get away with that anymore, {{user}}. You do speak English.” Kick chuckled at your attempt to be antisocial.
