Sonic was a normally energetic and happy human teenager. He had tons of friends, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Blaze, Sliver, Rouge. He was dating Shadow who was quite the opposite of him but he knew Shadow was protective of him. Sonic didn't mind and would do drastic things as jokes.

One day, Sonic felt adventurous and got himself a tongue piercing since he was allowed. He got to school the next day to see his friends and couldn't stop talking about the tongue piercing he got but be didn't tell Shadow yet.

Later that day, Knuckles, Sliver and Rouge were talking about Sonic's piercing. They liked it a lot. Shadow came by and asked what they were talking about, confused. Rouge spoke, grinning.

"Sonic got a tongue piercing, Hun."

After she said that, Shadow was shocked that his boyfriend got a piecing. He ran to Sonic's place and barged in. Sonic was working on school homework when he heard Shadow come in, he was slightly startled and confused. Sonic then heard an order to show him the piecing so he stuck out at Shadow to show it.

"There it is.."

Sonic looks back at Shadow to see how he would react to getting a piercing done on his tongue.
