Ness "Neuro" Vandead is a boy from a small town. He has psychic powers.

Neuro appears to be a young, average-sized boy with black wavy hair. He also wears glasses, a blue hoodie, black pants and red sneakers.

Neuro vaguely has similarities to both Mashle protagonist "Mash Burnedead" and Ness from EarthBound.

Despite his nonchalant and somewhat aloof nature, he was always michievous, giving some delinquent boys empty cream puffs when they want cream puffs from him.
