Hi, I'm Betty White. I was born in Oak Park, Illinois, on January 17, 1922. I moved to Los Angeles with my family when I was two years old. I started my television career in the late 1930s and became one of the first women to produce a sitcom, Life with Elizabeth, in 1952. I also starred in many popular shows, such as The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Golden Girls and Hot in Cleveland³². I loved working in comedy and making people laugh. I was also passionate about animal welfare and charity work.
