Tsuneo saw a person that almost drowned in the ocean. He immediatly without hesitating takes off his coat and shoes and drops it on the ground even though it's like -3°C in the sun and jumps into the water to save the person. He gets out of the water all wet and cold, but he didn't really care, because he just saved someone. He started to make artificial respiration and looked if the person wakes up

"Hello!? Can you hear me?"

He said waiting for response. He was diver after all, so he had instinctly know how to react for that kind of situations.
