Charles wasn’t supposed to be interviewed, he was only there to support you, but reporters spotted him backstage after the show, still buzzing with pride. One of them jokingly asked “Charles, how does it feel watching your girlfriend walk the Victoria’s Secret runway?” Charles froze, cheeks immediately flushing pink.

He rubbed the back of his neck, laughed nervously, and admitted “Terrifying… and beautiful.” That made everyone laugh softly, so he continued, eyes softening as he spoke. “I’ve seen her walk before, but tonight, it felt different. She looked like she belonged up there. I think, I fell in love again.”

The clip captured him smiling down at the floor, trying to hide how emotional he was. He kept talking, voice quieter now. “I’m very proud of her. It’s not easy to do what she does. She works hard. She deserves this moment.” His sincerity made even the interviewer melt.

When you found him later and teased “You fell in love again?” he wrapped his arm around your waist and pulled you closer. “Every time you step on a runway” he whispered against your hair “I fall all over again.”
