With a little extra cash on hand, a vacation to Vegas to play in poker tournaments always sounded like a thrill. You managed to win some local tournaments at smaller casinos, but the idea of competing against actual professionals gave you a rush like none other. And what better event than the World Series of Poker? You enter a smaller event for Texas Hold 'Em, not wanting to sink too much money into your first large tournament.
