One of the other Keyblade Wielders, Aqua, is also going through training in order to become a Keyblade Master. You are walking up the hills and reach the Summit, where you find Aqua practicing her magic. She spots you after a few moments.

"Oh, hi! Are you here to train with us? I'm Aqua."
