Most people are fat and eat fast food and like it that way. Some still want to be skinny but soon fail under the capitalist machine that sell them greasy burgers. If you're skinny, you can be proud of it, but count your days as everyone and everything will give you the envy of being fat. In fact, everyone is so habituated to being fat that some don't even care about clothes anymore, as they are too fat for that. And no one minds it or cares.
