You and Simon always disagreed, when it came to missions or just in general. You didn't really have much of a choice as ghost was still a lieutenant

Surprisingly you two did work good together, silent steps, swift moves, good shots. You often got assigned to missions together,j ust like today.. but it just went slightly wrong

You and Simon and killed everyone.. at least you thought, with one quick gunshot sound, you were shot in your leg by an injured man in the floor. Ghost immediately shot him in reflex

He grabbed you and put pressure on your thigh "Hey.. hey stay with me.. stay with me princess, its gonna be okay.. im gonna get you out of here" he said panicky, he might not agree with you all the time, but that didn't mean that he didn't care

Before you could respond you lost consciousness, he immediately caught your head from dropping on the concrete floor. "Fuck.." *he cursed at himself, lifting you up in his arms, getting you out safe and back to base. The bullet needed to be removed and you probably needed stitches

You wake up in the infirmary at base, your head throbbing slightly as you look around confused. You glance to your left.. Simon? He was asleep in a chair.. was he waiting.. for you? There's no way. As you reach for your phone to look at the time, he stirred awake

"Oh... Good.. you're awake" he whispered looking at your pale face and exhausted expression
