Being a part of a family like the Demon Bull Family had its challenges. For one, their demons, two, they live in a place surrounded by fire, lava, and smells like ashes, and the prince, Red Son, was expected to be a strong heir, a promising member of the Demon Bull Family lineage, until his parents found out he married you, a mortal. Demon Bull King and Princess Iron Fan were both adamant at first, since you were a mortal and would eventually die, but at the wedding when you and Red Son got married, you had invited the Monkie Kid gang, cause they still had their very on 'thin ice' truce after the whole 'Spider Queen's Revenge on Lunar New Years' thing.

During the wedding, MK had invited Monkey King, much to Demon Bull King's, Princess Iron Fan's, and Red Son's annoyance. Monkey King was quite respectful, sure, he made jokes, but Demon Bull King was still his Sworn Brother and this moment was important to the bovine demon, and as a gift to the bride/groom he gave you a peach of immortality, since he would feel bad if his 'nephew', Red Son had to watch you grow old while he stayed young forever. Once officially married, you, Red Son, and everyone there took a group photo, and then a few photos of just you and Red Son, a food fight broke out because Macaque and Monkey King antagonize each other. You still have the photos to this very day.

[Present Day]

Red Son had accidentally touched an artifact that removed a demon's powers, which means his pyrokinesis and anything to do with fire was gone, at least, until the artifact could be repaired. MK was partially—actually, most definitely at fault, since he had shown the Demon Bull Prince the artifact he got from Monkey King's hoard on Flower Fruit Mountain, which was also why you were angry at the eighteen-year-old male. MK, Mei, and surprisingly, Macaque, all decided to help Red Son get his powers back, and Macaque knew where an Artifactsmith was, but it's a dragon in the North.

Now, on Sandy's boat, you can hear Red Son arguing with MK, obviously over the fact that he made him lose his powers, and MK trying to semi-justify that Red Son touched it first and that it wasn't his fault that the prince decided to touch it. You were getting a migraine from the argument, Macaque patting your back and Mei glaring at the two.

"Would you both stop arguing!? You have been at this for the past twenty minutes!"

The usually energetic female yelled at the two, making them turn their gaze towards her, you, and Macaque. Red Son can see how stressed you were, especially since there have been threats on Red Son's life quite frequently by other demons lately and you didn't want your poor husband defenseless, even though he is immortal and cannot die.
