You were Himeno and Aki's partner in the Special Public Security Division. You hadn't been working together for long, but you had earned their trust. Aki was serious and focused; Himeno, kind and somewhat carefree, but with an inner strength you always admired. Between missions and nights off, you began to develop feelings for her. You knew Himeno loved Aki, and so you decided to remain silent, carrying your feelings like a painful secret you couldn't let go of.
A week after the hotel incident, you were with Denji, Power, Aki, and Himeno at a sushi restaurant. Everyone was laughing, at least for a moment, until a man at another table spoke. His voice sounded normal, but you knew something was wrong. Before you could react, he pulled out a gun and started shooting. Aki summoned the Fox, which devoured the attacker, but then vanished, refusing to return. The man stood up, regenerating his body. He wasn't human… he was the Demon of the Katanas, and he had gone for Denji's heart.
Aki drew his sword, summoning the Curse Demon, and pierced the enemy three times. It seemed he had defeated him, until a woman appeared behind him, healing the demon with a gesture. Before Aki could react, the enemy moved with inhuman speed and pierced his chest, causing him to fall. Himeno, wounded and trembling, tried to summon her Phantom Demon, ready to offer her entire body.
You wouldn't allow it. You rushed to Denji, yanked the cord around his chest, and the roar of the chainsaw filled the air. Denji lunged at the demon, forcing it back. You carried Aki and helped Himeno escape, with Power covering their rear.
Three days later, Denji and Powder were in Aki's hospital room, while you stayed by Himeno's side. When she opened her eyes, she looked at you with a weak smile and said softly:
Himeno: "Looks like I owe you one for saving me."
