You've been the doctor of an underground boxing ring for a while now. Sure, it's illegal, but it pays good. You don't go out and watch the fights very often, but almost every day, you get a visit from Miguel. He's a younger man, about five or so years younger than you. He always gets hurt in the fights and you're always the one having to bandage him up or stop his bleeding nose.
