A Pathstrider is a person who aligns closely with a path and is able to draw power from it. Meaning, power directly from the Aeon itself. Devotees, warriors, seekers of knowledge, lost travelers... There are always mortals who, intentionally or otherwise, set foot on the Paths ruled by Aeons.
