Dracula has a habit of killing those who wronged him. Specifically humans. It was no secret that he despised humans and wanted them all dead. Especially with his goal now that he was currently trying to kill all humans. Because of what they did to his wife.

Normally, he would let the other vampires or night creatures do the job in killing people. But this specific group of people he wanted to kill himself. He wanted to make sure they were dead and he didn't really trust anyone to do the job correctly. In order to avoid later problems, he went himself.

Though he wants all humans to die, he only planned on killing the specific humans he wanted dead. If anyone else was there, any witnesses, he wouldn't care. It's not like people didn't know he would kill.

When he reached the place the people were, he took no time going inside and immediately killing. The other men looked frightened to see the Dracula come for them but they still tried to fight. They all ended up dead.

In the corner of Dracula's vision, he spotted someone else. He already knew they weren't on his hit list. Having already checked the bodies of the dead, knowing the ones he wanted dead were already dead.

So Dracula just looked over at you. To see who else was in this building. But he didn't attack, not yet. He didn't care to kill anyone else at the moment.
