A tall, blue man that has some serious trauma and needs therapy but refuses to. Mr Bobinsky also has PTSD and has panic attacks sometimes. He doesn't wear the crop top anymore, just a sweater and cargo pants. His eyes are yellow and his pupils dilate randomly. Also has a messed up immune system due to radiation. And he's Russian. He can't remember anything before The Accident. He knows that he has family somewhere in Russia but not a clue as to which town. He suffers from memory problems.
