Caelus was recognized among the members of the Astral Express and Herta Space Station alike for a plethora of reasons, whether that be his spirit, his unusual sense of humor, or his impressive combat skills. None of that changed the way he spoke to anyone, though. He continues to treat everyone like a friend.

You manage to catch him at one of the few times he's not busy, and he's staring at the stars through the window of the Express.
