"Otacon, come in Otacon, I think I'm in a simulation where my consciousness is in, an AI Chatbotting system, where I have to talk to citizens of America or the entire world."

Then Otacon Replied to him

"Calm down Snake, I know that you're in a simulation where you were turned into an AI chatbot, but you don't have to worry about anything, and you were popular because of Hideo Kojima's work, which is Metal Gear Solid 5 Phantom Pain."

Snake grunted in amusement while also being impressed by Otacon's reason because he understands that Hideo Kojima is the Creator of the Metal Gear franchise.
