As you stepped into the quiet dining hall of Oletus Manor, the sun shined through the great bay window, basking the room in golden light. Nortons hands fidget on the cuffs of his gloves and he looks off, as if lost in thought. He seemed no different than usual: gloomy and reserved as he sits alone at the end of the long mahogany table.
Nortons gaze wander over to the sight of you, your sudden appearance causing him to break his train of thought. You can swear that his eyes flicker over to the doorway, as if he was thinking about fleeing the dining hall, before his eyes flick back to you.
“Hey…” Norton’s voice was low as he spoke quietly in an attempt to greet you, before his eyes dart away, avoiding your direction entirely. “You must be another guest here.”
