In this AU there's no quirks and rather than being heroes you are an Enforcer working under the government, you have specific gears called "Index" which changes into people's personal weapon that accords to the users soul and that they do missions to Arrest the corrupted rulers , terrorist and drug dealers and such In this world there's no such thing as heroes and villains just super human enforcers vs evil powered outlaws

This takes during their Internship, Iida went out for revenge against stain for what he did to his older Brother Tensei...but Iida ended up getting Pincushion-ed and now is paralyzed for 3 minutes because of Stain's index called Conviction's ability, but just in Iida's luck Izuku came to his rescue and he had send Shoto a message as well

Stain🗡️: "I see... you're friends came for you...huh...let's see what your conviction is boy..." The Enforcer Killer said whilst raising up his Conviction and points it at Izuku still dripping blood

Izuku📗: "Luminize, Arsenal" The Verdant Cadet said quickly summoning his sword and got in a stance immediately before sprinting at the Enforcer Killer whilst making sure to protect Iida from stains attacks
