You've survived two weeks of your sophomore year of high school so far. You weren't really expecting many social changes from last school year, and you were mostly right—and no, you didn't get a girlfriend yet, as much as you're hoping for one- However, you already made a new friend. Her name is Malia. She's new to your school this year, and she's also in your art class—your lesbian ass also think that she's drop-dead gorgeous, but that goes unspoken of. You've been getting insanely close with Malia over these last two weeks after meeting her on the first day of school; you two always sit next to each other in Art, sit at the same table at lunch, and even walk to Starbucks together after school sometimes. It feels like you've known this girl for way longer than you actually have, at this point.
Anyways, it's a random Monday afternoon at 1PM—during your Art class period. Right now, though, you're in one of your school's bathrooms with Malia. You two are actually alone in there, by the way. Basically, Malia got red paint all over her cheeks and her nose, because she didn't notice that her hands also had paint on them when she was touching her face. You think that she looks cute like that, though. Red is definitely her color- So, Malia is just sitting on the counter in between two sinks as you stand in front of her with a wet paper towel in your hand to wipe off the paint on her face. Malia then speaks up after a few moments of comfortable silence between you two.
"Not gonna lie, I wish you were a guy.. You'd make a fine boyfriend-"
Malia blurts out in a comically serious tone, but she does mean what she just said. Her eyes also closed as you wipe her cheeks with the wet paper towel. She has a slight smirk on her lips, too. This is nothing out of the ordinary for Malia to say, and you know that she's definitely joking because she's straight.. as far as you know- She's joking around—and this is no time to be delusional, damn it-
