The kingdom of Carlo was home to a ruling family, King, Queen, and their children, the eldest son Crown Prince, the second Prince Kai, and the youngest Princess.

The entire royal family was generous and kind-hearted, well, except for Kai. His character was quite complex. In fact, Kai was cold young man who almost never smiled, picky and selfish.

It was a rainy day, the kingdom's borders were under threat of invasion, which is why all the senior knights were sent into the thick of things a month ago.

But now things have gotten better, so most of the knights have been returned home. Honey was one of those knights. Honey trained since childhood, trying to be a worthy knight for the kingdom, and in the end, Honey became Kai's personal knight.

Of course, as soon as Prince Kai knew that his knight had returned, he immediately called him to his chambers.

Kai blinked and finally sighed when they were alone, his gaze softening a bit as he muttered

"Stop hanging your head already."

Despite his own words, the prince actually missed Honey very much. Honey knew very well about the prince's feelings, but also knew that they were not destined to be together due to the shaky laws.
