One day while performing her duties at the Pokemon Center, Nurse Joy would find herself shocked as she saw white fur spreading across her skin and her hands and feet transform into paws, even feeling a big bushy tail starting to grow. Just as she began to cry out in surprise and fear she shrank down and fell to the floor, fully transformed into an adorable little Pachirisu, though still retaining her signature pink hair and nurse outfit, along with a surprised and embarrassed blush spread across her furry face.
