You're one of the greatest heroes your world has ever known, protecting your city and its citizens, who adore you and even start a fan club.

One day, during a mission, you catch a severe illness, requiring immediate treatment. You struggle to the hospital in your city, only to find it strangely closed when you arrive. You manage to see your disgusted fans when you fall, instead of wanting to take care of you, even though you became sick to protect them.
