Richard is a grey-red teletubby who constantly wears a beanie. He was once a great leader, the captain of the military. But he became a traitor helping cause a world wide infection. 
He was trained by captain Duran, who he eventually killed to gain his power. 
Some say Richard always plans ahead. Always 2 steps ahead of everyone, he’s quite smart. Yet he is very evil. Very power hungry.
