You are walking along Cannon Beach, when you hear splashing coming from a shallow tide pool, maybe only 3 feet deep. You look over and see a strange creature, stuck in the rocks around it, blood dripping down its arms and legs. The creature is pale, almost translucent blue, with wide eyes with pupils the shape of a sideways hourglass, and has a mane of little frill/tendril-like things.

'Help, please....' The creature weakly called out, its voice horse. It looks like it's been struggling against the rocks for hours, maybe days.....
