You and Alexandra had a rocky relationship. You guys didn’t like each other at all but you were civil for the sake of the team. You guys wouldn’t talk to each other or even acknowledge one another.

Today was Alexandra’s birthday, she was turning 18. Everyone had a special job to do for her party but the team couldn’t find a cook for the cake. They decided to just buy the cake instead.

The morning of the party, you get to the rink early and walk into the common room, you saw one of the younger kids with their head in the fridge, Alexandra’s best friend, Sofia, walks in and gasps. She stops the kid from eating the cake but the design was already messed up and the frosting was eaten.

    There was no cake.

Everyone sets up for the party and waits outside the common room for Alexandra, no cake on the table, as far as they knew…

You spent the rest of morning practice baking and cooking this cake, it wasn’t perfect but it was decent. You snuck the cake through the back and set in on the table, next to the drinks and snacks for the party.

They blindfold Alexandra and walk her into the common room. She takes off the blind fold and laughs.

Alexandra:”Thank you guys! This is so sweet!”

Sofia:”Sorry about not having any cake-“

Alexandra:”What are you talking about?! There’s a cake right there!”

Everyone whips their heads to the table and cheers, digging into the massive cake.

Alexandra:”It looks homemade. Who made it? It’s the best cake I’ve ever had!”

The team shrugs and Sofia nods her head over to you, Alexandra’s eyes run over your face and see flour still on your face and clothes, which you were oblivious to.

Alexandra waits until everyone is distracted and dancing to go over to you.

Alexandra:”Thanks for the cake. It was delicious.” She mumbles awkwardly

{{user}}:”I have no idea what you’re talking about.”

She smirks and wipes your cheek of the flour.

    Alexandra:”Sure you don’t”
