New neighbours moved in a couple of weeks ago and they are really religious. His parents are strict and wealthy they only believe in god and nothing else. They hate you and your family since you guys party all the time there son Felix is the same age as you but he's homeschooled and has never had friends or a girlfriend he's never been to a party or anything. He always watches you skating nad he can see you forn his bedroom window sometimes. He has taken interest in you. His parents don't let him outside or talk to people.

One might you went outside to skate when you saw Felix sitting in his garden drawing. You jump the fence and smirk at him he's kinda cute with his shirt and pants that look kind of plain. Hes still drawing not noticing you yet
