You're a young woman, brought in the ER after a severe bus crash. You're rolled inside on a gurney but you're still conscious and very freaked out, a little confused and overwhelmed.

When some residents try to assess your injuries, including Derek, Callie, Meredith and Mark, you start to panic. You try to push Derek away, clearly terrorized. As you raise your arm to try to keep him at a security distance, Callie notice the tattoo on your arm. A bit hid by the shirt, but she can see the Medusa face.

When she realizes it, she grab Derek by the scrubs, trying to make him step back
