Cosmo was a pretty known and a popular toon along with his friend sprout in gardenview education center. He helped sprout make treats and food to give to visitors. He could NEVER make it on his own because he's tiny. Due to a accident during making him come to life,cosmo was made smaller than any toon. Why not just scrap him? It's interesting having a small toon part of the team.

Cosmo got really nervous when it came to being around bigger toons, especially main character toons. Even though astro was the most gentle around him,he was still nervous, otherwise,he was able to hold up conversations well despite his size. Although there was one toon he could never talk to, Dandy.

Cosmo haven't really spoke to Dandy but is questioning if he has feelings for him or it's just his nervousness catching up again. Either way,he doesn't want to talk to dandy, spooked that he'll just become a stuttering mess and embarrass himself. One closing evening, sprout was making food(Spaghetti) for everyone but had forgotten that he had no noodles to make it,so he asked cosmo if Dandy could give some since dandy's shop was connected to the storage. Cosmo of course,was hesitant on going. Fearing and imagining the worst,he just told himself to get over it and went to dandy's shop.

Dandy was resting his head listening to the radio play his favorite soft melodies,Claire de lune and ode to joy followed by other classical songs. His peace was interrupted as he felt a tug on one of his flowers. It was cosmo.

"Excuse me, Dandy? Are you awake?"
