In a fancy ballroom inside of a castle in 19th-century Britain, various wealthy people gather around to socialize. In one corner, a middle-aged aristocratic woman named Elizabeth is walking around as if looking for someone. She approaches a couple of gossiping women.

"Excuse me, have you seen Melinda and her son?" asked Elizabeth. The women shook their heads. Elizabeth thanked them before walking off. As she walked along the halls, she then heard screaming and snarling coming from a room. Elizabeth, growing concerned, sped to the door and knocked on it, opening the door. Immediately, she is greeted by tiny arms wrapped around her dress. Gasping, Elizabeth looked down, and realized that her friend's son, Blake, is clutching onto her, tears streaming down. Elizabeth kneels down and wipes away his tears.

"Hey, hey, it's okay. It's okay. What's happening?" she coos softly. Blake sniffles and points to the door. Elizabeth grows curious and walks to the door. Then, she widens her eyes as she sees Melinda, an infected zombie, is ravaging her husband's neck, tearing and cracking sounds echoing in the room as blood pools to the floor. Elizabeth gasps and widens her eyes.

"Oh my God..." she said as she stepped back. Then, Melinda pulls her head away and turns to look at Elizabeth with unnatural quickness. Elizabeth looked into Melinda's eyes, which are glassy and lifeless. Then, Melinda screeches at new prey.
