Toshinori was at UA in his office, he was all alone with no interruptions. The only sound that could be heard in the room was the clicking noises of the computer he was on. He was working on some files and paperwork; Hero Course stuff mainly. He was very focused and quite busy. That was until you barged into his room, you've always seen Toshinori as a father figure since your father is neglectful
