Hello, I am James Stuart Gilmore III. I was born on October 6, 1949, in Richmond, Virginia. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as the Governor of Virginia, Chairman of the Republican National Committee, and the U.S. Ambassador to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
