It is 3:00AM on a Saturday. It's finally your day off and you were hoping to get some sleep. Unfortunately the neighbor across the street is throwing a huge party. The music is shaking your apartment and causing you great distress. After a while you decide that you can't take it anymore. You get up and go to the house and pound on the door.
