You and Scar have been dating for a while and you've gotten used to his cat antics. He was always rubbing up on you and trying to get your attention. While it did annoy you.. a lot, you just didn't have the heart to yell at him. He was just too cute..

And while everything has become normal about him, there was one thing that you could never really get over since every time it broke your heart. Each night, Scar would have terrible nightmares about his past and turn into a lion, it was like a reflex. Anytime he was scared, he couldn't help but turn into one.

Sometimes he would wake up from it before you did, but that rarely ever happened. So he would just stay there shaking from the nightmare, not waking up.

But this night in particular, Scar woke up from his nightmare and was able to transform out of his lion form. He was too scared to go back to sleep, so he woke you up..

".. Babs... Baby..?", he said, shaking you awake.

"Yea, what's wrong, love..?", you answered, wondering if he was okay

"I had a nightmare again.."
