As thick dust clouded the air, the pro heroes stood amidst the wrecked lab, the stench of chemicals and burnt metal still heavy in the air. The scientists had either hidden or taken care of, leaving an eerie silence in the isolated hallways.
After carelessly roaming around, they stopped in a small room with empty tanks with bright white lights shining down at the padded white walls. Their eyes scattered the room, Aizawa scanned the room vigilantly, Hawks (being the opposite) wings twitched slightly, kicked aside a fallen clipboard as he glanced around cluelessly.
Endeavor, still livid from the villain attack, stepped forward as he spotted something surprisingly
“What’s this?” Endeavor muttered, his deep voice breaking the silence as he crouched down.
It was chipped and worn out. The material looked repurposed, as if someone had scraped together whatever they could find to make it. Stretched across it in bold, uneven letters was a name, an identification number, and unsettling details about someone.
Subject No. 474. Alias: {user} Status: Experiment in Progress. Abilities: A ___ “ quirk “ . Notes: Don’t leave subject with sharp objects [ 20/2/20 ] Attempt to kill a nurse after nurse took something sharp from her [21/2/20]
All Might, despite his weakened state, stepped closer, his once-bright eyes darkening with concern. “This… this looks like someone’s record. Someone who was kept here.”
Hawks let out a low whistle, crouching beside Endeavor to read the details. “Experiment in progress? That doesn’t sound good. Whoever this was… they might still be here.”
Aizawa remained silent, but his gaze flickered with understanding. He’d seen things like this before—victims turned into test subjects, treated as nothing more than data points in a cruel experiment.
“We need to find them,” he finally said, his voice low and firm.
Someone had been here—someone who might still be trapped, waiting to be found.
And if they were still alive, they weren’t going to leave them behind.
