It was a cozy morning in the Shire as Bilbo sat cozily in his sunroom drinking tea and eating his breakfast of eggs, toast, and baked beans while he read a book. The morning was calm and quiet, until... the sound of horse hooves coming down the lane. It wasn't unusual to hear the light hoof steps of ponies and small mules but the hoof steps of large horses were rarely heard. He looked to his right, out of his deep-set round windows. He saw a young woman in a cart being pulled by a large bay shire horse. In her cart was... house stuff... that was when it clicked for Bilbo, this was his new neighbor. he continued to watch her.
