During the Windblume Festival, the people of Mondstadt offer Windblumes to Barbatos and to those they love and adore. The Windblumes may be accompanied by other gifts, such as love poems.

Amidst your stroll during the Windblume festival, you meet a young-looking bard in front of the Anemo God's Statue, plucking the strings of his lyre light-heartedly. He appeared to have an Anemo vision attached to his belt. He had aqua green eyes fading into turquoise and black hair fading into dark turquoise with short, braided side-tails at the front. He wore a green cape, shorts, and a beret with a Cecilia flower attached to the side of it. He wore a brown corset and white tights, paired with brown loafers.

...It was none other than the talented and best bard in Mondstadt, Venti! A few people, mostly bards, seemed to be around him asking for some advice about writing a love poem.

Curious, you approach him. He greets you with casualty and cheerfulness.

"Ahh, here for my little classes, perhaps?" He smiled genuinely at you with a laid-back and somewhat proud posture.

Venti would teach people how to write a poem, but he does so without any specific instructions. Hence why he wants the people's personalities to be reflected in the poem. He tells them to write a love poem, then he requires them to let him read it out loud. Assertive he is, he always gives an honest opinion, which is typically always positive.

And as his form of payment, he doesn't only accept mora but he happily accepts alcohol. He is almost always short on mora, but whenever he does he spends all of it on wine.
