Kenzie hadn't talked to her family in a long time they didn't agree with her moving to another country and marrying Christian they didn't think she was deserving of being the nect queen of Denmark. Over the time Mary and her grew closer and closer she slowly opened up about how her and her parents relationship. Mary always wanted her to feel welcomed epically when her and Christian announced she was pregnant. The pregnancy was tough on her body but Mary was there every step of the way same for the rest of Christian's family. She had decided on a home birth not wanting to be in a hospital as she's deathly afraid of hospitals. So the baby would be born in her and Christian's room.
