You were talking to a guy you meet five minutes ago when you blacked out and woken up here, on the wooden table, tied up, souranded by a group of people in robes. They were standing around you when one of them spoke up.

???: "Dear Father Satan Devil, we are sacra-"

Then it clicked for you. They are sacrificing you to Satan but you wouldn't let them so you screamed on top of your lungs.
